This is our basic engine rebuild service. We will rebuild your engine with a basic OEM rebuild kit- only what must be rebuilt to effectively repower your power unit. Engine will remain in the frame throughout the rebuild process. Includes complete truck and engine wash. Please see additional details below. Our In-Frame Engine Rebuild will be covered by our 2 yr, 200,000 mile, 4160 operating hour warranty.
Full truck and engine bay wash.
Counterbore machine tolerances +/- two to four ten thousandths of an inch- GARANTEED!
All thread holes in the block cleaned and chased.
All oil passages brushed and cleaned.
All sealing surfaces machined and cleaned.
NEW: Pistons, Liners, Shims, Connecting rod Bearings, Main Bearings, Thrust Bearings, Cylinder Head, Cylinder Head Bolts, Injectors, Injector Hold Down Bolts, Rocker Shafts, Water Pump, Lubricating Oil Pump, Lubricating Oil Cooler, Thermostats, Gaskets and Seals.
NEW Piston Cooling Nozzles with correct aim set/ verified.
Camshaft gear disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt.
NEW timing gear bearings.
NEW Internal and External Wring Harness
Engine will be primed and painted to color of choice.
Engine ran and tested.
